
This is the workout video I have been doing since I had Abby. It is Jillian Michael's "The Shred". Girls, it is wonderful. I tried going to the gym after Abby was born, but it left no time for Reynolds and I to spend together in the evenings. This DVD is great. It is only 20 minutes but it works your whole body by using strength exercises with cardio and abs. Everyone can find 20 minutes to workout a day. All you need is 3-5 pound weights.
I definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to get in a workout but has trouble finding time getting to the gym!
