About a month ago a friend of mine sent me a video to watch on the "Power of Vulnerability". Vulnerability has always been a sensitive issue for me. She mentioned in the email that the video was 20 minutes long. I immediately closed the email and decided to watch it another day. Unless you are sitting in the fishbowl at the Organ Center, 20 minutes is hard to find.
While waiting for Abby to wake up from her nap today I decided to dig for the old email. Good decision.
