Things have been pretty crazy around our house the last couple of weeks. As I mentioned yesterday, Abby has been sick and it has been rough! She is feeling a lot better but her sleep schedule is totally off. The last few nights she has woken up every 2 hours. Even if I let her cry she will not go back to sleep without nursing. I know she is not that hungry because she only nurses for a minute and then falls back to sleep. She is not taking naps either. She may fall asleep for about 20 minutes, but nothing longer than that and not in her bed. I am getting weary. I wonder if she is teething because she is really fussy and keeps her hand or a toy in her mouth. Any suggestions are welcome!
At her 4 month appointment they suggested we start feeding her to see if it improves her sleep. We started her with a tablespoon of rice cereal. She was not very crazy about it! Here are a few pictures.
Last Saturday we went to my friend's daughter Clara's birthday party. It was Abby's first birthday party to attend and she did great! We had a great time visiting with the Boehm's and the Ball's. Tomorrow Janelle's third baby George will be here! I am so exicted because George and Abby will be so close in age.
