The Andersons

Katie, one of my very best friends, was married this weekend. It was so much fun spending time with her as well as spending time with so many of my girlfriends and their spouses.

As I said in her toast Friday night, the Lord brought Katie into my life at a time I was desperate for Christian friends. She not only befriended me, but introduced me to all of her friends, who are now some of my closest friends. Katie has encouraged me and challenged me in my faith and I am so thankful for her friendship.

I was a little concerned when I got to the church at noon on Saturday. We were scheduled to start pictures in an hour and a half and this is what I found...



However, it took very little time and energy to transform her into this...




Now, meet Paul Pless...

This is one of the very first images I ever saw of Katie's groom to be.


After viewing the picture I was a little concerned until I spent some time getting to know the man that was going to marry my best friend. It did not take long for me to realize that Paul was perfect for Katie.
